How do I find out my order status?

After placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. Once your order has been packed, you will receive another email with track and trace information so you can track your parcel. 

When should I receive my parcel?

Depending on your location, delivery takes 8-15 days.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders from hellodeedee.com are shipped with DHL and FedEX. Depending on your location, delivery time is between 5-10 days. All parcels are sent directly to your shipping address. If you'd like your parcel to be delivered to your workplace, please choose the corresponding option during checkout.

All orders are dispatched from our distribution centre in the Far East. Price is all inclusive price to your door (including taxes and duties).

Do you deliver to business addresses?

You can choose whether you want your parcel delivered to your home address or a business address. Be sure to include the personal name and business name if you opt for delivery to a business address

How do you ship the shoes?

We send all private and business deliveries with DHL.

How can I pay?

At hellodeedee.com we have the following payment options:

Can I exchange for another size or style?

Unfortuntely we cannot make a direct exchanges to another style or size. However, you are always welcome to return your order and place a new one with the right size or style. Simply use the return label that you find in the box together with the shoes, to return the shoes to our warehouse. If there is no return label please contact or customer service for a return label.

Once the shoes arrive at our warehouse and we have processed the return, your money will automatically be refunded to your account. Please note that we deduct a fee of 7,99€ in return costs, when using the pre-paid return label.

It also is possible to send the parcel to our warehouse without using the return label - just send it to the address found on the return label. Take note of the order number on the return label so we can identify your parcel. Until it arrives at our warehouse, you are responsible for the condition and whereabouts of the shoes. Therefore, and because it is the cheaper option for you, we recommend using the attached return label.

Be mindful that the new shoes can be ordered directly on our website but are subject to availability.

When do I get my money back?

After receiving your parcel, it can take up to 5-7 days until the amount arrives on your account depending on payment method and your bank.

How is my information handled?

Any personal information entered on our website is treated carefully and confidentially. Your information is secure and is never shared with unauthorized third parties. You also have the option to see the personal data that is collected. You will not receive any advertising, newsletters, or other services unless you have actively chosen to do so. 

Any payment that goes through our website is validated externally through Shopify or PayPal. We never have access to your payment information and any other information that you have entered is only saved as long as necessary in order for us to fulfil your request.

    What size should I choose?

    In general, we recommend not going up or down a size unless stated on the product. The inside measurements on our size guides are included on each product page to help find the perfect fit.

    How to measure your foot

    Measure the length of your foot while they're standing upright. Be sure to measure both feet, as their left and right foot may be different lengths. Start by standing your child up against a wall with their weight evenly distributed between both feet. Place their heel against the wall and a book on the floor so that it is touching their longest toe. Then measure both feet in centimeters from the heel on the wall to the longest toe against the book.

    To help you choose the best fit, we have separate size guides per shoe here at HelloDeeDee, where you can see what size corresponds to your foot length in centimeters. For example, the size guide for our sandals are different to our boots.

    Determine whether the width is appropriate

    Many shoes and boots have soles that can be taken out, allowing you to assess whether the width of the shoe or boot is similar to that of your foot. The entire foot should be within the borders of the sole. Keep in mind that the internal measurements are not the same as the external measurements as material, lining and stitching take up space.
